Meant cartridge holder

Well folks, here is the update, after 7 weeks total time, I received a check for the full amount of the quote we submitted for a full repair. Happy to finally get it resolved to a satisfactory result. Now I have had a ridiculous offer from someone to sell it to them and they want to fix it themselves. Not sure what I am going to do , I have to say, that in the end UPS came through with flying colors. Over all not that bad on total paperwork! Thanks to UPS and Darc Ops Armory for handling it so professionally.
