Hornady manual also shows top velocity with MR-2000. I got a couple pounds to try because I could not get any R 15. I will post how it works out in my 416. Neither Hornady nor Nosler show any pressure data. I hate that. Alliant does not publish a lot of reloading data for MR 2000. Any one know if MR 2000 is as temperature stable as R 15?

Hello

I have not tried mr 2000 but I will when I can find some. What I found with my 375 and 416 Rugers was Hornady loads their factory loads with H414. I get my best velocities and less sign of pressure with it over RL 15.

CO: How do you know Hornady factory loads contain H414? The loading data that I received from the Hornady ballistic lab does not show any load data for H414 nor does the latest Hornady manual published list H414 as a powder.

I first pulled a bullet on a factory shell for both the 375 and 416 Ruger. Then I talked with a Tech at Hornady. Hornady provided me load data for the 375 and the 416 and the 375 list h414 but does not for the 416.
