I ordered mine from the Brownell's catalog, but I cannot remember the brand right now. They are not the Mule brand. I used 2 in the butt on the 470, 458 lott and 585. On the 458 lott I also used one 4 ounce mercury reducer in the forearm. On a 458 win mag I used one 8 ouncer in the butt and one 4 ouncer in the forearm. I think that putting one in the forearm mitigates muzzle rise.

The theory is that the movement of mercury in a tube is supposed to spread recoil out over time. I notice a reduction in the sharpness of the recoil - it is a shove rather than a jab. And I like it.
