Managed to break another one this weekend,a used Leupold 6x, last 15 rounds thru my converted Ruger-1 in 450 3 1/4" nitro.

WOuld one of Leupold's shotgun scope maybe be a better way to go?

I use leupold 2.5x comapcts with great results on big bangers.

I have them on them on; .458 lott, .416 Rigby, 45/70 & .585 Nyati....my impending .404 jeff will probably also get one.
