brass thiefnovice question
I"ve never owned a long gun bigger than .30, so be patient,
Is it possible to fire .45 LC out of a .45-70?
ie, a break barrel .45-70 firing .45 LC as a cheap "plinking" round?
good shooting

No, at least not without a chamber adapter. Besides, .45" caliber pistols have a .451"-.452" bore, whereas the .45-70 is a .458" bore.
