RIPYou can have my Plain Jane one for $2000.
The Big Five Custom Shop model, one of 125, I'll let go for $4500.
Gotta start the bidding somewhere.

Woodrow SCabelas sold one last week for 999.00, on their website. I am bummed out that it sold before I saw it. It was in like new condition too. I keep a closer eye on that site now.

SnowwolfeGent up here had a NIB model at the last 2 gunshows I been to. Asking $1,100 (if memory serves me correctly). It was still there the end of both shows.
My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.

surestrikeMy bother told me that they had one at Ron Peterson Guns in Albuquerque NM. He said it was mint and that they were asking $1,000 USD for it.
I haven't seen it so I can not guarantee the veracity of this information. But it might be worth a look.

Obviously I do not want to sell mine.
The Plain Jane one I got several years before the M70 Classic line went tits up. New in box, I gave $400 plus boot of a slightly used Marlin Guide Gun in 450 Marlin.

A land of sweeping plains,
Of ragged mountain ranges,
Of drought and flooding rains.
I love her far horizons,
I love her jewel-sea,
Her beauty and her terror
The wide brown land for me!

dgr416I have put over 2000 rounds through my 416 rem mag model 70.I really think its one of the best 416 rem mags made. Its never failed to feed.I did have a small piece break off the bolt but it didnt hurt it.I bought another one one of the last ones made. The sites were broken at the factory.I have 4 model 700s in the 416 rem mag also.
