Winchester Mod 70 stock needed
I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for a stock for my 375 H&H. It's a Winchester Mod 70 Super Express, which is what it says on the floorplate. It has the dual cross bolts. I'm looking for a stock with checkering as the person I bought the rifle from refurbished the stock and sanded off the checkering. The stock looks nice but I'd rather have some grip and the LOP is a little long. I'm not looking to spend alot, maybe around $200-300, for a fully inletted stock. I would have no problem with it being unfinished as I would like to stain it myself. Does anyone know of any companies that would be what I want? I looked at Wenig but they are a little out of the price range. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
