paul,
You and I may have just clicked on properties for that photo and gotten the last digits omitted for some reason, but foxfire found them for us.

I see that your rifle came from Sidney, NE the flagship/original store. I picked up a .450 Dakota SigArms Mauser there.

Your rifle is as neat Judge G's whisky.

Yes, I wish all my rifles were Mausers. Can't quit looking at the Jon Speed book. Your 8x60 Type B would give me goose bumps.

I have a Waffen Frankonia .30-06 M98 Mauser that is the cat's meow with 180 grainers, and German claw mounts.

Your .375 H&H would be the Lion's Roar by comparison.

Love those Mausers.
Cheers!

Jeff,

Here is a link to detailed instructions. It's not very difficult to do.

https://forums.accuratereloading.com/eve/forums?a=tpc&s=518103&f=6321043&m=951100671

Here is my abbreviated procedure. My understanding of words like "computer" and "server" is limited, so I may have used some of these incorrectly:

Once you get to a hosting service, you browse your way to the picture(s) on your hard drive, click the button that says "upload" or "open" or whatever, and the pictures get sent to a server. Once they are on the server, you type the address of the pictures (http://whatever...) into your post. If you type it between the bracketed commands , it shows up on AR in your post. You can find out the address of your picture by right-clicking the picture (at the server you put it on) and selecting "properties" from the menu. If the picture at the server is tiny, left click it, and you'll get aq bigger version. Use the address of the big version unless you want the tiny picture to show up on AR.

RIP
Just insert the URL between with no spaces between the brackets and the string. Right click on the hosted photo to see the photo properties for the URL string, such as "http://www.blah_blah_blah"

Or use the pull down tool bar when typing the post, the one with the smiley's, has an icon for images too.

On my attempt above, I was missing the last 4 characters in the string, so I will copy the foxfire string here:

And I am still missing something in the URL ... roflmao

Now where to go with this beauty? 404, 458 Lott, 500 Jefferys,???????????

What say the masses? keeping in mind I have a 416 Rem, 10.75x68, 375, 470........I reserve the right to the final decision bewildered beer
