gzig5Cheap? 416 Rigby Brass in SE WI
Just a heads up to anyone in the Milwaukee area, the Bargain Cave at Cabela's in Richfield has four bags (50/bag) of Norma 416 Rigby brass for $108, marked down from $165. I considered buying it all for resale, but ran out of funds and didn't feel like tying up my hobby funds if they didn't sell. I did almost bought a bag to justify building a 416....must resist. Seemed like a good deal so I thought I would pass it on.

fourboreNo crap, you can bargin with Cabelas. I tried that with a lowly clerk in the bargin cave and got the horse laugh. Went home with cash in my pocket again.
So; the key is to ask for the store manager? You suggest over the phone or in person? You got a good deal there on brass. I have seen even more obscure items languish, I suspect a dumpster fate for some....

470EDDYfourbore;
You bet I dicker in the Bargain Cave!! And you better dicker hard in the Gun Library or you are paying too much!!
On the ammo, I found the thread in teh Bigbore category, fellow posted they were in Wisconsin store. I called them, very nice clerk, he handed me off to a manager...don't know if store manager, doubt it??
That said, at our local store, if I see something I want, last was a watch, it was priced at $150 down from $195...I offered $100 and got it for $108!! They do have a bottom price on most of this stuff that a clerk can make...
PM me if you want my input on doubles!!
