Martin@Hin500 A Square and mil. surpl. bullets
Morning Boys
I dusted off my old 500 A2 and was wondering if any of you ever loaded with the 630 mil. Surpl steel copper coated bullets.
I have a bunch of them but I am not sure about the steel jacked in my very nice Pac Nore barrel.
Thanks Martin

Don't know about the bullet question, but the 500 A2 is a great caliber.

Beautiful pic of your rifle.
I don't know how to post pic but my rifle looks much the same.
Rob, yes I have a bunch of them and like to use them can't really find a day loading data on them.
I load for Barnes 600 gr, Hawk 600 , Hornady 750 and a water hardened 550gr cast.
Was just wondering if somebody would have a starting point?
Here in Canada components are getting ridiculous like 20 Hornady A max $75

Martin@HinOps something went wrong part is missing!
I have some concern about shooting them in the Pack Nore barrel this barrel is a piece of art.
These bullets are magnetic either the core or the jacked and then copper coated.?
OK hope this works I guess if your over 66 these things get more complicated lol

chuck375I thought of doing the same thing with my 500 Jeffery and thought better of it. We're buying an AR 50 and will just shoot 50 BMG rounds
