back from the range, partXXVVI
Okay, we hit the range, again today...

I took
416 rem
458 mag
500 jeffe
and two 58 kodiaks!!

had a blast.. the 500 is shooting better than me... getting about sub 4"GROSS for 8 shots at 50.. and 3 in about 1" GROSS at 25... shot 40 or so today.

having a ball with it

the 58's are NOT crossing at 50, and about 2" gross for a RRLL 4shot group...

I am damn tickled

Sounds like a great day at the range. Wish I had the time to drag all my cannons out for a day in the sun. [Razz]

A few years back I finally realized why my Dad used to "let me" do his reloading and rifle cleaning. Man, was I a sucker!

Jeffe,

You made a comment on reloading taking up much time.

As much reloading as you do, are you loading in Hot a hot as hell houston texas shop/garage or do you have AC in your shop.

Gringo,
Fortunately, I have an ac-ed studio (I share it with my wife's art stuff) that I am allowed to do "non-spark" work in... so reloading, bedding, stock work are generally allowed inside...

now, my SHOP is just fans, so late in the afternooon or early mornings for spark work.
