Are these rifles really that rare? I've been trying to locate a new one and no one seems to have any in stock. The best answer I can get from Winchester is that 80% of the backorders will be filled by mid-November. Anyone have one of these on backorder?

They aren't 'rare', but USRAC may be between production runs.

I figured they weren't "rare", but they sure seem tough to get a hold of. I guess they don't make many of these and the ones they do make sell pretty quick.
