Yep.
We should pass an amendment to limit that time to 3 months, like Texas, and a 1/4th of the pay.

That would solve this over law problem...

I'm with you, brother. Show me a petition and I'll sign it. Put it on the ballot and I'll vote for it. We have to do something.

Our legislators in the PRM have too few brains (and, as a result, too many stupid ideas) and far too much time on their hands. Three months is about right.

Oh, almost forgot about the pay cut. Let's make it a volunteer position.
