double square bridge model 70?
Does anyone have an experience with this outfit? It looks like they are trying to duplicate the Model 70 with a double square bridge. Interesting. Thanks.

The Waffenfabrik Hein actions are the old Noreen M70 actions. Evidently Pete Noreen sold the manufacturing rights to the action and he is now in the aerospace industry.

I don't like the way they did that front ring, I am seeing a cut on the front ring, not something I'd want...

It looks like a square bridged action so I don't think it would affect the strength of the action.

They bought the tooling from Pete Noreen.

They are using up some of the old recievers and are building new ones.

The action parts are all machined from bar stock.

They came to me for the Left hand safety parts and other internal parts.

Thanks guys for the info. It looks like they are trying to duplicate the pre-64 and not sure how are they going to compete with Dakota. I think they will sell better as a Mauser clone.

Ray,
Where is the cut you are talking about? Will it weaken the action?
