Lookng for reports from those of you that have used, on game, either the factory loaded 375 Weatherby 300 gr partitions or Nosler's factory loaded 260 Accubonds in the 375 Weatherby.

I stockpiled 200 rounds of the Weatherby factory ammo with 300-grain Nosler partitions,
because it is accurate and gives a full 2800 fps (as claimed) in a 26" barrel and about 2740 fps in a 24" barrel.
Save the brass for reloading.
It is the best possible.
I do not know what make of brass the Nosler factory ammo uses.

.375 Weatherby Magnum factory ammo:
The brass is Norma made, best quality, and gives the greatest case capacity and greatest velocity with lowest pressure possible.
No more than .375 H&H max pressure, same max.

That said, my hunting has been with handloads attempting to duplicate the above ballistics with 300-grain Nosler partitions or 300-grain Sierra GameKings,
in 3.6" magazine box length, Mauser M98 or Winchester M70.

I can actually beat the factory loads in a 3.8" boxed CZ 550 Magnum with 25" barrel, with the same bullets: 2820 fps with 300-grainers, using H4350.

You cannot do better than the Weatherby factory load of 300-grain Nosler Partitions.
It is good for any plains game or dangerous game, except elephant.
Reload your empty Norma .375 Wby brass with a 300-grain FN solid and it will do elephant too.

RIP nailed it. Think of the 375 Weatherby as a larger version of the 30-06 shooting 180-grain bullets.

H-4350 to 2,800fps for 300-grain bullets, and 2,900 fps with 260 to 270-grain bullets.

This cartridge and North Fork bullets is one of the few marriages made in heaven.

What North Fork bullet weight have you used?
