Where could a person aquire such a rifle? Are originals still available or must a rifle be built for this cartridge?

Browning supposedly chambered the old FN H-Power in 10.75x68 for a short time. Never laid eyes on one but still have dreams about finding a pristine specimen at a pawn shop. Ok, I'm waking up now...
