Yes, they've made double rifle(s) for SCI.

However, I don't know how well they hold up over time.

George, I was not able to find any mention of this gun on the Preguini Visini site, nor on the safariclug.org site.

All you have to do is go to Yahoo, search on "Perugini and Visini" and you'll have several sites come up, including P & V's home page.

Absolutely top-drawer, carriage-trade guns, and a double rifle will likely cost WELL over $20,000, and could be three or more times that amount for the upper grades. Shotguns will be "a little cheaper" (HA!).

I wish I was in that financial ballpark!
