What would be the best twist rate for a .700 1500gr RNFMJ?

Nishoba- 1 in 20 twist will work.Rob has stabilized up to 2000 gr bullets in his 700 BMG IMP with one to 20..Ed.

Anybody you recomend who would be able to make one with that twist rate?

Also, you've got me down for 30 of your .700 HE cases when you start filling orders, right Mr. Hubel?

Bauska--Pacnor--Classic Barrel(used to be Wells)and few
others.Yes you are on the list to get 30 cases, with
