Just returned from a hunt in So Africa and while in a gun shop there I saw an ad for a 458 African Express cartriage that CZ (BRNO) was touting. $600 Rand rechambers any 458 Rem to this and you get 500 grains at 2300+ fps or a 300 gr at @ 2700 fps Any one know anything about this?

It's essentially a .458 Lott on a 3.00" long case instead of the standard 2.80" Lott case. The idea is to duplicate U.S. Lott loadings with the powders available in Africa.
