Does anybody have any experience with this bullet in 416 Rem. Magnum?
Many thanks.

michael458In 2005 I used it in 416 Remington, Win M70... Tanzania as a light rifle, shot a bunch of zebra, and other assorted plains game, nice Roan, and even a leopard. It is a superb conventional bullet, and could be used on anything that walks short of buffalo.........

Back in the day I was running it at 2550 fps, and it hammered pretty good, did not flatten like a coin either, expanding about 1/2 back and did a great job...... I would shoot cow buffalo with it, but I would rather have a larger conventional for a big bull. Of course, these days I don't shoot any conventional lead core bullets at all................
