If you have the cash, somehow someone can certainly build the rifle. I still think a semi automatic 577 Trex or 585 Nyati is more appropriate for the savage "moos" that you have a problem with.

Why are you so upset? Can't afford it, huh??? Well, just start saving your weekly allowances, and by the time you turn eighteen, you might actually afford to buy your first rifle. I'd recommend a .22.
