Miller&Val. double rifle. Should I buy?

My gunsmith has an old doublebarrell rifle. The caliber is 11,5x60R. The rifle has backhammer sidelocks.
Maybe I am interested in this rifle for my collection. My smith asked me to make an offer. What do you think is this rifle worth. were can I find more informations about Miller an Valeer rifles?
