JohnTheGreekLunch with our moderator.
You all should quit giving poor old George a hard time around here. Just had lunch with him and he's not all bad. Hell, he even insisted on pickin' up the check. Those damn Greeks!

Thanks George!

GeorgeSIt was a pleasure meeting you too, John. As for picking up lunch, remember that
filoxenia was invented by the Greeks.
Hopefully, we'll have time for drinks and cigars next time.
BTW, Holland & Holland is at 50 E.57th. St. Beretta is at 718 Madison, between 63rd and 64th Streets.

tontoI dont know us New York hill folk are a bit cautious with our flatlander cousins. We have heard rumors that they got all that land of theirs for a hand full of glass beads and a well placed cannon ball!

Every summer they send up scoutin parties I think the black flies and -30 degree weather are the only thing that saves us. Only ones you got to watch closer are the people from that country called New Jersy

MauserGeorgeS is from Greece? I once worked with a metalsmith man who was born in Greece but raised in USA and I can tell you that this is one of the most talented persons I have ever worked with. Not only he is a master machinist and metal expert but he knows almost everything related to electricity, hydraulics, and among many other things. He is a high school drop out but he holds several US patents so what does that tell you.

A wise guy who can't even type one line correctly, too.

What I meant to say was, you're going to be
doing a lot of crying come October, and you know why!!! Go Sox.

GeorgeSSay what you want; I only wish I had the Kleenex distribution rights for the Boston area for the past
86 Septembers and Octobers.
I'd be a kajillionaire!!
