404WJJefferySauer 202 375/300WM question
Does anyone know whether my Sauer 202 375 H&H will take a 202 barrel in 300 WM without a different bolt and magazine? In other words, can I use the same mag and bolt for the 375 H&H and the 300 WM?
Thank you

PeterFWIW, the Blaser uses the same bolt and magazine for all the magnum calibers that it is available in, thus for the Blaser, the magazine and bolt face are the same for both the 375H&H and the 300WM. Hopefully the engineering is similar for the Sauer!

tiggertateBeing single stack, the magazines are pretty flexible in what they'll digest. I can't tell if you mean Winchester or Weatherby magnum. The Weatherby would be a slam-dunk but I can't say for sure about a Winchester. Probably. The bolt is the same for all like Alf stated.

404WJJefferyHi Alf
Thank you for your answer. Do you think the 7mmMag is in the same caliber group- I think not, but would like to know....

Idaho SharpshooterI would ask if they offer a 300H&H barrel. It is the 375 tapered a bit more in 300 caliber. Should be identical OAL on loaded rounds, and a no-brainer.

GeoffM24I just pulled the bolt and mag on my Sauer 202 in 300 wby and the bolt seems to be fine for the 375 H&H. The magazine is long enough but the neck of the 375 is too fat and the rounds will not push down. So it looks like you would at least need a barrel and 375 magazine.

KM5LAAlf's post is correct. I have the .375 / .300 Win. combo. The bolt is the same. The mags are different. I have been considering the 7 mag barrel just to have one, although I don't really need one. They don't presently offer a .300 H&H barrel.
