G'day guys,
Does anyone have a load for 748 and 500gr SP's in the 458Lott?
We are having a powder availability crisis here in Oz, and this is the only powder I've got a good supply of.

I have loaded win 748 in my Lott

Load I tried in my cz550 was

Hornady brass win mag primers 83 grains of 748 topped off by 500 SP hornady bullet

5 shots over my chronograph = 2104 fps

Thanks to all. Powder is getting very hard to get over here. 748 is all I've got that's suitable, and factory ammo is getting above $140 a box!

I've shot allot of Win748 through my 450 Ultra Magnum with exellent results using 350 through 500gr bullets.
