I like the site picture of the M70 rear site but I hate the two little screws for the vertical adjustment and the overall sight height.

Is there a drop in replacement sight set with about a 1/4" taller front blade that fits the standard M70 ramp and a taller rear sight that doesn't have two little screws to make elevation changes?
