In "The Cartridges of The World "book they said maybe when ceramic barrel linings come into vogue.What the hell are they talking about!And if this is true when will they be available?

You'd probably have to send that enquiry to Japan. They seem to be the world's leaders in sophisticated ceramics, even built an automoblile engine that never needed cooling!
