375 Caprivi
Well should have my 375 Caprivi in my hands by Tuesday of next week... This will be my lion rifle on my safari in 09 which I have booked with Pierre van Tonder...
I will be carrying my 450#2 N.E. as my heavy rifle and the 375H&H as my light rifle...

Sounds like a great choice, I think Kimber makes an excellent product. That along with the anticipation of the trip is exciting. Dr.C jumping

RIP
"Reverse Dan'l Boone" on that one, from KY to PA. Take it to the Olney Valley, Boone's birthplace, to complete the homecoming.
Kentucky Rifles are actually Pennsylvania Rifles anyway.
Hope Darrell Whittaker sent you some pretty wood. thumb

Mike: You're gonna love that rifle ..... I think that rifle, along with the Ruger Magnum rifles, represent the best value for the money for big-bore hunting. At Dallas in January, Kimber displayed their prototype of the .375 in stainless & synthetic. I've placed an order for one (they won't be available until later this year) to use in Alaska next spring (2009) for brown bear.
