3rd Edition of Graeme Wright's book...
Man, I just finished reading the book. Makes me wish I had the other two. This book is an absolute must-have for anyone who owns (or like me, wants one) a classic British Double or Single Shot Rifle.

I thought we had them on the bookshelf section of the shakariconnection.com site but I don't see them there. If you let me have the titles of the books, we'll get them on there for you. Used copies of many books on the site sell for less than a dollar each.

Here you go buddy: http://www.shakariconnection.com/firearm-books5.html

You'll find them all on the link at the bottom of the page. Not the cheapest of books but they look helluva good!

I just finished reading my copy, also sent to me courtesy of the Australian connection. It's a great book. Those doubles must be great fun to fiddle with.

Rhyme of the Sheep Hunter
May fordings never be too deep, And alders not too thick; May rock slides never be too steep And ridges not too slick.
And may your bullets shoot as swell As Fred Bear's arrow's flew; And may your nose work just as well As Jack O'Connor's too.
May winds be never at your tail When stalking down the steep; May bears be never on your trail When packing out your sheep.
May the hundred pounds upon you Not make you break or trip; And may the plane in which you flew Await you at the strip.
