dogcatDVD - Mountain Buffalo by Rainer Josch
Wow! This is a fantastic DVD of hunting Cape Buff in the mountains in Tanzania. The video footage is great, moves well and gives the viewer a "close to the hunt" feeling. You see the shots and and the stalk. There is no fake scenes of the hunter and PH walking up to the buff to touch the eye with the barrel of his gun while the cameraman is suitably positioned behind the animal. This is real and real good. The PH is someone I am not familiar with - Rainer Josch. You will like his approach to hunting buffalo in close quarters.
This is a dandy and I rate it a solid 10 out of 10 for content and action....

PSmithMy only criticism of the DVD is that it is too short. I really enjoyed it and it is different from any other DVD I have watched. Josch hunts in the mountains of Tanzania and it is very different from the plains hunting or mopane bush hunting I have seen before. Like I said, I only wish it was two hours long instead of one.
