Are there any folks out there who have a scope mounted on the receiver of a 11/87 SP? Posted this on gunsmithing but have not had someone answer that had the same setup. Having a real problem keeping the scope base screws tight. Thanks, Smoker1

Use a thread locker, that should so the trick for you.

Safari, thanks for the thought. I was using a mild thread loctite and went to a heavy duty type used for heavy equipment, let it cure for ~ 36 hours and it's seems like it's holding. Smoker1
