I have a chance to buy a Mossberg bolt-action .410 3 inch shotgun.

The model is a "New Haven" 283TB (don't know what TB means)

The gun is in fair shape.

could anybody give me a idea of what it's worth???

Well if it was stamped mossberg, I guess $104.32 would be an accurate price.

Anyway, if in good shape I'd guess $85-$100 cash.

One thing I like to do is browse the auction websites to get ballpark prices for guns I am interested in. I check gunbroker.com, auctionarms.com and gunsamerica.com.

Thanks for the info, I took a look at the one on auction arms, the one I'm buying doesn't have the red and green markers, their long gone! But the gun is clean, stock doesn't have a mark on it! My friend told me he would take $50.00 for it, I think I'll jump on it!
