16 Gauge over under not Browning?
Any possibility of finding a new 16 Gauge over and under built on a 20 or 16 gauge frame, that wasn't built by Browning?

I'd like to do a English stock, with really good wood.

I wish Ruger would make a English stocked 16.

FAIR (I. Rizzini) do a true 16 bore frame O/U. I had one with 28" Multi Choke barrels and an oil finished "Prince of Wales" type stock.

In a moment of madness I traded it off for a 20 bore Beretta.

Check this out:

WLM is a good place to start looking. Scroll down to the bottom left of their Rizzini B. page--that's the gun I bought--Aurum light EL. But I didn't buy from WLM...too expensive. I went to my local FFL dealer and he got it directly from Rizzini's warehouse that used to be located in West Chester, PA. (they have since relocated to Connecticut). He put me on the phone with 'Bud' who put together my gun...straight grip, single trigger, vent rib, 6#'s even.

The 16ga Society could be of some help, also.

There's a CZ 16ga listed in our classified section, (although it's a SxS) scroll to #10.

Here's a link that spells out who the 4 Rizzini gunmakers are:

What you need is a Marlin model 90. They haven't built them in over 50 yers, but you won't wear one out in the next 50 either.
