ACRecurveelectronic throwers?
Anyone using one of the electronic traps for their personal use? Just wondering if one is better than another. Thanks.

Glen71I don't own one yet, but I am saving my nickels for one now. The Pro-Matic brand has some single-stack machines in the $800-$900 range. With these machines, a motor cocks the arm and a release switch releases the bird. You have to manually adjust the machine for a different trajectory.
If you can spend a little more money, LCI makes a single stack "wobble" trap which has a second motor that changes both the horizontal and vertical trajectory of the bird. It can be set to continuously vary the target presentation automatically, so that each target is different than the preceding one, or stay in the same position. This machine has a MSRP of $1,895, but I have seen them listed by the manufacturer on eBay for $1,795. The machine has a 5 year warranty. If you have ever priced a "wobble" trap, this one is about half the price of any I have looked at.
