someone told my friend that Ruger makes a single shot trap gun, but he can't find any information on it. Does anyone know if Ruger makes a single shot trap gun?

I have seen the Ruger single barrel trap gun. They do exist, my wife has shot one. BUT! Ruger showed them to us shooters at the Grand American about 4 years ago and it was "going to be ready for production soon", then the next the following year same thing, then finally they start selling some and they did not go over very well. IMO the quality was not up to the price. I hardly ever see one at a trap shoot and I attend several, people just did not accept them very well. Then this past year at the Grand Ruger did not even have one in their store. They are better trap guns for the money. And hey I'm a Ruger fan, I own some Rugers.
