I'm looking for a quality O/U for around a grand. After a few days looking on the net, the Franchi is in the first choice. Do any of you have any exp with this gun or have another recommendation???

I have one and love it. I have the Alcione 12 ga field model. It fits me wonderfully, balances and handles very well. Fit should be your highest priority. If it fits, the Alcione should serve you well.
