Browning Cynergy: Comments requested.
I would appreciate hearing your experience or opinion of the Browning Cynergy O/U.

Thanks for your input.

I almost pulled the trigger on a Cynergy 20g. for upland hunting. I really liked the way it felt, swung, and handled. I had a chance to shoot a 12g. version with 26" bbls at the Gun Fair and came away quite impressed.

What held me back in the end was that I saw and handled (and ultimately bought) a Citori 20g. Superlight Feather with the English Stock. The moment I picked up that shotgun I was done...and I knew it. Perfect fit. Just under 6#, super fast handling, and it just plain felt right.

Anyway, I really liked the Cynergy...but I fell in love with the Citori.

Regards,

Robert

I personally know 2 people that had them but sold them quickly because the Cynergy kicked them too hard. I like how they fit me, but I thought for a field gun (even a sporting clays gun) they were a little muzzle heavy. YMMV, but the gun just wasn't for me. Plus, Citoris look so much better...and they can be had for much cheaper, too.

Personally I think it is too ugly for me to own. It may shoot great, but I wouldn't buy one.
