SnowwolfeCitori 725
Tried posting this on another forum with no feedback so trying here.
Been looking for a lefty double barrel shotgun for awhile and yesterday visited the LGS and the sales guy handed me a 725. Single trigger, selective ejectors, removable chokes, and most importantly, the stock was totally neutral and fit me perfectly. Prices seem to range from about $2,000 for the basic model to $4,800 for a grade V. They also offer a lefty version but seems the only difference is the palm swell. The right hand model I handled fit like a glove.
I know nothing about Browning's and was wondering if some of you guys can offer opinions of these shotguns.
Thanks.

df06I handled a 725 and thought it was quite heavy in my hand and did not point well for me.
I am a Beretta fan and maybe biased. You might try looking at a Beretta silver pigeon 1. They can be had for about $1900.
If they are not correct for a lefty, one can have a lefty stock installed by Coles, but that adds a lot to the cost.

SnowwolfeI'll take a look at the Beretta next trip to the LGS and see how they fit.

JustinL01Snow,
Try giving Joel Etchen's a call, he can get you a left hand Beretta or 725, whichever you like better. Sorry the reply is so late, just saw the post. For what it's worth, I shoot both Brownings and Berettas, I like them both, but I really like the 725, I may have to pick one of them up ASAP to run it's rounds! I don't doubt it's relability, I just wanna play with one, though.

SnowwolfeI pretty much decided the 725 is what I will buy, just waiting for that "great deal" to come along
