meteYears back I knew someone who tested slugs in normal choke ,rifled choke ,and rifled barrel with sabot slug .Rifled barrel was more accurate,normal choke least accurate and rifled choke in between .The downside of the rifled choke was that using it tightened the choke greatly !!

Rifleman1stA buddy of mine showed up to deer camp with an 11-87 with a rifled remchoke. I made him shoot it before we headed out and he couldn't hit paper at 40 yards. When he finally hit paper the rounds were key holing. Stick with a rifled barrel or smooth bore with cheap slugs
