Does anyone have any experience with these side by side double barrel shotguns? I would not expect them to be a Beretta but was wondering if they were of reasonable quality.

I bought one a couple of years back, thinking they might be a reasonable starter gun for the kids.

Nope. Very crude. One of the fellows that works for us on the farm also bought one, and it would not eject properly with about half the shells out there.

There are far better guns out there for the money. Take a look at the CZ's or even better, the DeHaan version (dhshotguns.com). HTH, Dutch.

I have a .410 sxs. Its about 15 years old though. The ones from that period are much, much better in fit and finish than the ones I have seen in stores now. I truly believe this gun will outlast me, but again, its a slightly older one.
