Subsonic 223 loads?

Subsonic 223 loads?
A guy was at the range today shooting (suppressed) subsonic 308 loads. Even with a roof and front baffles at the firing point, it sounded like an air gun! So, anyone got any recipes for subsonic 223 loads. A web search shows Trail Boss as a favorite, but I don't have that, so, any other powders?

I think there are a lot of quiet .223 loads that use Blue Dot.

Search for 'cat sneeze loads'.

Yeah! Thanks George I don't have that either!!!! Got everything else though! I did see a reference to Clays but no loads. I really doubt that I will load a bunch of these but just want to play.
