nitro450expLooking for a few cartridges, please help. WTB
Hello all,
Merry Christmas.
I am planning on making a cartridge board of safari cartridges.
I have a pretty good collection going.
This is what I have:
.300 H&H
9.3 x 62mm Mauser
.375 H&H
.416 Rigby
.400 Purdy
450 - 400 3" NE
450 - 400 3 1/4" NE
.404 Jeffery
10.75 x 68mm Mauser
.458 Win Mag
.450 3 1/4" NE
500 - 465 NE
.470 NE
.475 No. 2 NE
.500 3" NE
.505 Gibbs
.577 3" NE
.600 3" NE
.700 3" NE
I still need, and am willing to purchase, for a fair price:
.425 Express (Westly Richards)
.500 Jeffery a.k.a.(12.7 x 70 mm Schuler)
These are for display purposes, no need for rare headstamps or bullet types, can be factory fresh or reloads (sp or solid),
Thanks in advance.

Bigbird34Auctionarms.com,ammo-one.com,the ammo guy .com,plus several other web sites, just google, cartridge collectors or collecting ,I have a couple hundred auctions on Auctionarms....shipping is the issue, they must go UPS ground(if loaded) and 1 pound or one shell cost the same about $10.00 in the cous....It's a big PITA to ship to other countries,so I don't....BB34
Nitro450exp,
don't want to argue with you but since I think you are going to do a display with some labels,I'd like to correct some mistakes.
The 9,3 x 62 wasn't a Mauser development,it was made by Otto Bock.
I don't know if your 700 NE sample was cut down but original case lenght is 3 1/2"

TailgunnerPivi, I see you found our "secret hiding place". Saeed has a good website.
Nitro and Penetrater
There is a cartridge show next week (April 9-11) in Saint Louis, MO. Details on the home page of the IAA,
www.cartridgecollectors.orgYou should be able to find just about any cartridge you heart dreams (and your wallet can afford) of there. A number of the GB and AA dealers get most of their annual "inventory" at this show, so that should give you an indication of the pricing at SLICS (Saint Louis International Cartridge Show)
