Just to address your shipping question, for the US.
NO post office allowed for live ammo (your empty case may go via the USPO)
UPS or Fed-Ex ground only (may NOT go via air) for live ammo
ORM-D "small arms ammo" marking (look on the net for a picture)
Note: there is NO HAZ-MAT fee on shipments under IIRC 70 pounds.

Any of those three would be awesome, but I couldn't justify anything like that in cost. If you however have any random calibers closer to $10 I would be interested.
