I'm looking for a couple boxes (200-400 rounds) of: 5.7mm UCC (Usel Caseless Cartridge) for the model VEC 91 Voere Rifle. Either ball or hollow point bullet.

I've contacted the factory directly and they won't admit to having anyone on this side of the pond importing it. So then I asked where in Europe it could be obtained, giving them a list of most of the EU nations (including Germany and Austria), the former Warsaw Pact ones and several CIS ones. The answer: none. Clearly they are no longer producing it. My European sources scrounge up perhaps 10 - 20 single specimens per year which I sell to collectors for $20+ / round. I'm sorry to say your rifle is a wall-hanging orphan unless someone steps up to manufacture the ammunition, and that is less likely than a new source of 5mm Remington.
