adrook1962 .45 ACP Match Ammo
I've got 2 full boxes of .45 ACP Match ammo. The boxes are labeled 1962 Match Caliber .45 Match and the cartridges are headstamped WCC62 Match.
What is it? I hate to just shoot them, are they worth anything? Does the WCC stand for Western or Winchester Cartridge Company?
Thanks,
Andy

It is the standard 45 ACP military match ammo of the day. WCC stands for Western Cartridge Company.
They are not particularly rare or uncommon. In the original box, in excellant condition, they might be worth $10 to $20 or so, each. Assuming you can find someone interested.
You'd probably do best by having someone put them on a table at a gun show.
I always hate to see someone shoot old ammo in original boxes but that's probably what you'll end up doing with them.

I would hate to shoot them. I'll probably just display them on a shelf with some other oddball ammo I've acquired over the years.
