I have about 30 or so rounds of military 30-06 ammo with SL 53 headstamp in links and was wondering if it has any value more than plinking ammo. Should I just shoot it and enjoy or save it?

Steve E.Will do, is it safe for my Garand? It being in links I didn't know if it was machine gun ammo with higher pressure but wasn't sure if the US loaded stuff that way.

Steve E.It's in links so I think I'll just keep it around for conversation purposes if there is a chance it might be corrosive.
