MOA TACTICALMongolia ibex 2 permits?
I had heard that it was impossible to get 2 permits for ibex in Mongolia in the same area.
Then I saw on a video (taken in 2009) where the guy shoots 2 ibex in the Altai.
I have heard that you can buy 2 hunts and shoot one in the gobi and then one in the altai, but it cost more as it is really 2 seperate hunts.
Anyone got any ideas on this?

Mark A.MOA, I shot two ibex when I was there several years ago;same area. No problem, just pay for the second trophy fee which was reasonable.

MOA TACTICALYes, that was the case a few years ago.
USFWS has an issue with it now.
Probably be better off going to Kazakstan that Mongolia so I can get an elk, and 2 ibex.

huntincatsYes it is 2 seperate hunts.2 different ibexes and 2 different areas. You will fly out to Hoved and hunt the alti and back to Ulanbator and drive back to the gobi to hunt the Gobi ibex.
The permits are no problem with USFF if you do your homework.Just spend some money and go hunting!Otherwise3 stop makeing stuff up.
