Yes they can be dangerous ! They have been used as guards for good reason.

If the Canadian geese won't work maybe they use other types.
Get with it Norton ! My buddy an I were hunting Canadians [geese]from a canoe . One I had hit , still alive but couldn't fly.I thought I might just break it's neck but that didn't work. So I pulled out my knife and tried to slit it's throat. It wasn't sitting still !! 2020 but finally I finished it off !
The biggest danger was that my friend was laughing so hard I thought he was going to flip over the canoe ! rotflmo

Guards might not be the right sense but geese have been used as lookouts on farms for centuries. They raise a helluva racket when strangers approach.

When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere.

NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR.

I have come to understand that in hunting, the goal is not the goal but the process.
