Well done, A Hunter & a Chef and candles included, now that's a dangerous pic to show my wife.
A great effort none the less KG, it looks like a good recipe especially for cold weather. The dish looks nice and hearty. I haven't had brussel sprouts in years, not sure if l can even buy them here. Thanks for the photographic break down, who needs instructions.

Nice photos sforsby. Would be fun a fun hunt.

To the fellows in NH, what's the bag limit on Cans in your neck of the woods?

We get a variety of species but nothing like where you are. Someone shoots a pintail here we drive around town to show it off as if it was a 10 point whitetail and get half shit faced that night. Smiler

The limit for cans here is one......and that's exactly one more than I've seen in 10 years of duck hunting here. rotflmo

Only one I've seen up this way was a hen down in MA a few years back and I just so happened to be with KG.

HAHA. Well you've seen one more than I have, even if it was a hen.
I didn't know if cans were prevalent up your way or not.

Some serious hunting awaits as the first signs of monsoonal rains head our way. Love this time of the season, new areas open up and along come the Geese & Ducks in Mass Numbers!

The Waterfowl season is coming to a close, unfortunately rain has been limited and Ducks haven't produced. Geese however have stolen the show for the best part of 4 months and like always it's a pleasure to be in the field and enjoy the fruits of Hunting.
