KevDRe: teaching kids to shoot moving clays.
Gotta agree about the interchangeable chokes. I had a large group of the wifes family staying with us which included several city kids who had not done any shooting. After a gun safety intro I led each one to the fireing line and let them load one shell at a time in a 20 gauge. In no time they were regulary breaking straight aways with confidence due to a SKEET choke. While the hits weren't the "ink spots" I like to see when shooting clays I had learned the previous year while teaching my son to shoot clays that they do not have a chance to learn what they are doing right when they miss most of the targets. An open choke builds confidence to a point where we can start challenging them more by useing a tighter choke and/or shouldering and fireing the gun. KEVD
